Alger Delta’s response to COVID 19

In the service industry our employees are our most valuable asset. To continue to provide Safe, Efficient and Reliable Energy to our members we must put safety at the fore front. In order to maintain the resources needed to run our operations, we will be taking the following steps:

  • We will continue to serve our members and respond to outages with the changes below:
    • The office will be closed to walk-in traffic through the end of March. We encourage you to communicate with us via electronic communication or telephone.
    • We have many payments options. You can pay at our office drop box, through our website or on our app.
  • We are following guidelines recommended by the CDC for personal hygiene and have increased disinfection method of all high touch areas.

Updates will be shared with our members through our website and social media channels.
