We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone
Pay online, at our self-service site.
- Select New User, “Sign Up” option located above the SmartHub Logo.
- Enter BIlling Account Number, Last Name or Business Name and Email Address.
- Select Submit and follow remaining prompts.
To pay using your mobile device, download “SmartHub” on the App Store© or Google Play Marketplace.
To pay by phone, call 844-957-2763. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number.
Automatic Payment
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking, savings, debit or credit account. To use this method, call our office at 800-562-0950.

- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this free and convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Please include the bottom stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited. Please do not send cash.
Pay by Cash
Cash is accepted at the following locations:
Present participating store with your account funding barcode located on your bill to scan. The payment will be credited immediately to your Alger Delta account.
